Records of the Department of State relating to political relations between Russia (and the Soviet Union) and other states, 1910-1929 (inclusive), [microform].

The records consist of instructions to and despatches from the U.S. diplomatic and consular officials in Russia before 1917 and in other states from 1917 to 1929, including Germany, Turkey, Romania, Persia, China, and Japan. Press clippings and commentaries are attached to many of the depatches. Also included are notes between the Department of State and foreign diplomatic representatives in the United States, memoranda prepared by officials of the State Department, and correspondence with other government officals, with members of Congress, and with private firms and individuals.
